About me
I successfully work with a wide variety of conditions, with sessions not only curated to reflect your unique personality, but also to meet your specific needs and support your progressive goals.

I achieve this by using a fluid and varied combination of approaches - including modalities like cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, clinical hypnosis, vagal nerve stimulation technology, contemporary mind-body science and alternate psychotherapeutic interventions. I employ this eclectic treatment style (as opposed to a more puritanical single-model intervention) as, with 22 years of experience, I find using a one-size-fits-all protocol restrictive and, if I’m honest, ineffective.

If you are ready to invest time and money in the pursuit of positive change - and have previously found therapy to feel repetitive or stagnant - then I believe that my approach will resonate with you.

Regardless of wether you prefer virtual or face to face appointments, my sessions are entirely client-lead: meaning that you’re not beholden to fixed weekly appointment slots or a set number of sessions (unless that works for you, of course).

I strive to provide a warm, safe and inclusive environment for all: including those in the LGBTQ+ community, the BIPOC population, and those with a delicate trauma history.

In addition to my private practice and corporate work, I am also a registered student & graduate supervisor, mentor and clinical lecturer in my field.

My auxiliary studies and interests (including human biology, anatomy, psychoneuroimmunology, neuroscience, epigenetics and more) are reflected in the whole-person approach that I take when working with clients. This enables me to help those struggling with infertility, auto immune conditions, IBS - and the likes - as much as it does those suffering with anxiety or depression.

I’m am confident switching between ‘top-down’ (mind-body) and ‘bottom-up’ (body-mind) methodology; so regardless of wether you’d prefer a somatic, functional or cognitive-centric approach, you’ve come to the right place!

I am one of a select number of global Polyvagal Theory Informed practitioners certified to deliver Dr. Stephen Porges ground-breaking Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) - in person, or on-line (see the tab marked SSP).
